Brenda Montani

Brenda Montani, BA.,BEd., MSc.

I have been a registered clinical counsellor, with a masters degree in counselling for the past twenty-five years. It has been my great privilege to help couples and individuals on their journey to wellness and happiness. I have also devoted years to working with high-risk teenagers. I care deeply that they and their parents are able to establish a relationship that communicates love and maintains healthy, supportive boundaries.

PERSONAL
My personal mission is to humbly serve God by helping others find the mental wellness and love that, we all, as humans, desire. As a wife and mother of two grown daughters I understand the energy and commitment required for healthy relationships as well as for maintaining personal wellness. I reside in Kelowna, BC. with my husband of thirty-two years. Together we have worked hard to meet the challenges that marriage presents. Our life includes a love of the outdoors and a strong desire to make life an adventure.

Paul Lermite

Paul W. Lermitte, B.A., CFP, RFP, Partner

Paul's interest in financial planning began when he bought his first Canada Savings Bond as an eight year old paper carrier. He continued to follow his passions by completing a two year program in Aviation followed by a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Trinity Western University in 1982. For more than twenty years, Paul has been advising individuals, multi-partnered business owners and family businesses in the creation and protection of wealth through his Lifetime Financial Success Program.

Paul is a Partner of Integrated Planning Group, a Vancouver-based life and wealth management firm. His professional designations include Registered Financial Planner and Certified Financial Planner. Paul is a representative with Assante Financial Management Ltd., a registered mutual funds dealer committed to providing integrated financial management services. He holds his Life, Accident and Sickness Insurance license. Paul is a practitioner member of Advocis (formerly the Canadian Association of Financial Planners) and a member of the International Financial Planning Association (FPA). Paul is also a member of the Family Firm Institute, an international organization devoted to the study and improvement of family business.

Paul has been professionally coached in the Strategic Coach program since 1990, and actively assists others with their business and personal growth. Paul's passion for coaching has led him to be involved in a variety of ventures, including teaching courses and leading workshops about personal financial management, speaking at conferences, a fifteen year commitment to coaching youth soccer players, and an enthusiastic involvement in youth work in his church community.

Paul's first book: Allowances, Dollars and Sense, was published by McGraw Hill in 1999. The book was released to the American market with the title Making Allowances in 2002 and three international translations were released in 2004. The book and its corresponding web-site, MakingAllowances.com, provide parents with practical, hands on advice for teaching children about financial matters. Paul and his wife Jan are now working on another book, focusing on financial wisdom for young adults.

Paul and Jan live in Richmond, British Columbia with their three sons, Ryan, Patrick and Jeremy.
